Actually, the OEM gauge is off over a broader range starting at 80 mph and once over 100 mph has already reached close to a 5 mph difference because of the linear look of the gauge numbers that is wanted to be maintained. If you wanted to, with the Dakota Digital interface you as the user can calibrate the gauge to display actual readings above 140. 140 mph is where the change in difference starts getting larger with the 200 mph gauge.
